The Data Analyst / IT Support role is responsible for supporting internal users with technical issues and driving data analysis that informs key business decisions. This individual will work closely with leadership, operations, and other departments to improve reporting, troubleshoot IT issues, and help implement technology solutions across the company.
Collect, organize, and analyze operational and performance data
Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, or other tools
Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through data-driven insights
Assist departments with forecasting, scheduling, and KPI reporting
Support continuous improvement initiatives through reporting and analytics
Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues
Maintain user accounts, permissions, and system configurations
Assist with troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, and internal systems
Document IT issues and resolutions for knowledge-sharing and tracking
Coordinate with external IT vendors or escalate issues as needed
Support IT onboarding/offboarding processes
Associate or Bachelorβs degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1β3 years of experience in a data or IT support role
Strong Microsoft Excel skills required (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning)
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
Knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and general IT troubleshooting
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and support both technical and non-technical users
Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset
