Duties and Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise and Solutions Architecture
- Perform comprehensive cybersecurity assessments on single site and enterprise level industrial control networks consisting of multi vendor DCS, SCADA & PLS systems
- Deliver vendor-agnostic OT/ICS cybersecurity solution design & architecture services tailored to client needs.
- Develop and implement OT security strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps aligned with industry standards, including:
- ISA/IEC 62443
- NERC CIP
- NIST 800-82/CSF Cybersecurity Framework
- Conduct risk assessments and provide guidance on mitigating vulnerabilities specific to OT/ICS environments.
Project Leadership
- Lead cybersecurity projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
Business Development
- Collaborate with sales teams to create and execute targeted strategies for new business development.
- Provide technical expertise and thought leadership during sales presentations, helping position Puffer-Sweiven as a leader in advanced OT/ICS cybersecurity solutions.
Training and Knowledge Sharing
- Train and mentor internal teams on OT/ICS cybersecurity technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Build organizational capabilities by disseminating cybersecurity knowledge across departments.
Strategic Alignment
- Align efforts with Puffer-Sweiven's OT/ICS cybersecurity goals, ensuring projects and initiatives contribute to the company’s overarching strategy.
- Provide input critical to cybersecurity technical and business direction, ensuring innovative and competitive solutions for clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education/Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Management of Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Deep understanding of OT/ICS systems, system architectures, protocols, and cybersecurity challenges.
- Familiarity with industry standards, including ISA/IEC 62443, NERC CIP , NIST.
Experience/Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity or a related discipline, with proven expertise in solution architecture and project leadership.
Certifications (Preferred)
- ISA/IEC 62443 Certifications
- GIAC/GICSP (Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional)
