Job Description – Gaming Compliance Analyst
Location: Las Vegas, NV (Onsite)

Overview
Our client, a leading hotel and casino operator, is seeking a Gaming Compliance Analyst to support regulatory compliance activities across multiple jurisdictions. This role will work directly with state gaming regulators (e.g., NGCB, IBG, KHRC) and independent testing labs (GLI, BMM) to ensure all products, systems, and operations meet regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the gaming manufacturing industry with a focus on product submissions, licensing, audits, and testing processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between the company and state gaming regulatory bodies (e.g., NGCB, IBG, KHRC, and other jurisdictions).
  • Coordinate submissions and maintain documentation for regulatory approvals of new products, systems, and updates.
  • Work with GLI, BMM, and other testing labs to facilitate product testing, certification, and issue resolution.
  • Review, interpret, and apply gaming laws, regulations, and technical standards across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and provide guidance to internal teams to ensure proactive compliance.
  • Support licensing, renewals, and required regulatory reporting.
  • Maintain compliance records, track submission status, and ensure timely communication with internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with audits, inspections, and inquiries from regulators and testing labs.
Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of compliance experience in the gaming manufacturing or casino industry.
  • Hands-on experience working with state gaming commissions (NGCB, IBG, KHRC, or similar).
  • Familiarity with GLI and BMM testing lab processes.
  • Strong understanding of gaming regulations, product certification, and approval processes.
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple submissions and deadlines across jurisdictions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field preferred.
Preferred
  • Experience with regulatory submissions for gaming systems, slot machines, or sports betting platforms.
  • Familiarity with compliance tracking tools or GRC systems.
  • Prior experience working directly for a gaming manufacturer is strongly preferred
