Mayersohn Law Group is growing, and we’re seeking an entry‑level AI Automation & IT Support Specialist to support internal workflows, system stability, automations, and in‑house AI‑assisted tools.
This role is ideal for someone early in their technical career who enjoys working with technology, experimenting with AI tools, troubleshooting systems, and helping keep operations running smoothly. You’ll support internal departments using AI assistants, CRM platforms, and basic system integrations. Experience with automation tools is helpful but not required.

Build, refine, and maintain AI‑powered workflows using Claude and integrated platforms (GoHighLevel, Clio, intake systems).
Convert manual processes into automated sequences that improve efficiency across intake, case management, client communication, and internal operations.
Create structured prompts, templates, AI agents, and internal assistants for tasks such as drafting, summarization, data entry, follow‑ups, case updates, and referral management.
Develop automated document‑generation workflows (summaries, memos, checklists, client‑facing templates).
Implement AI‑assisted routing logic for forms, SMS, email, and task assignments.
Connect AI workflows to CRM systems, calendars, communication tools, and databases; support basic integrations, API‑based automations, and data migrations.
Maintain clean, accurate data across connected systems to ensure automations run correctly.
Translate staff needs into technical solutions and provide ongoing updates, improvements, and support for all AI workflows.
Build AI dashboards, automated reports, and operational insights for leadership.
Test end‑to‑end automations (forms triggers workflows outputs) to ensure accuracy and prevent workflow failures.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve automation errors before they impact staff or clients.
Maintain version control of workflows, prompts, and system configurations.
Monitor automation performance and adjust logic based on data, errors, or staff feedback.
Provide light IT support, including troubleshooting software issues, login problems, and workflow errors.
Monitor system uptime, platform behavior, and automation triggers to ensure consistent performance.
Document internal processes, system configurations, and automation logic.
Work with vendors or support teams when deeper technical troubleshooting is required.
Ensure all AI workflows comply with legal ethics, confidentiality requirements, and Florida Bar advertising rules (if applicable).
Maintain secure handling of client data within AI tools and connected systems; implement guardrails to prevent unauthorized access or incorrect AI output.
Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Comfort using technology and learning new tools; interest in AI workflows, Claude, and platforms like GoHighLevel.
Some experience with CRM tools, automation platforms, or technical systems (helpful but not required).
Ability to troubleshoot basic IT issues, navigate integrations, and work with support teams or vendors.
Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
Strong attention to detail and habits for checking data accuracy.
Ability to work independently, solve straightforward problems, and support leadership.
Availability to work after hours for weekly scheduled firm events.
Experience using Clio Manage, Quo, Clio Grow, or similar platforms (not required—training provided).
