Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level support to faculty, staff, and students at the Help Desk
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Use diplomacy and professionalism when assisting users with technical problems
  • Create and maintain documentation for common technical procedures and solutions
  • Interpret and follow instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram formats
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of PC hardware, software, and networking
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and think critically
  • Capable of handling sensitive information with discretion
Hourly Pay Rate: $13.75/hour (part-time, non-benefit eligible)
Work Schedule: Maximum of 10 hours per week
