Work-Study ā IT Helpdesk
Part-Time, flexible schedule within Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM working hours

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support to faculty, staff, and students at the Help Desk
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and networking issues
- Use diplomacy and professionalism when assisting users with technical problems
- Create and maintain documentation for common technical procedures and solutions
- Interpret and follow instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram formats
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of PC hardware, software, and networking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and think critically
- Capable of handling sensitive information with discretion
Hourly Pay Rate: $13.75/hour (part-time, non-benefit eligible)
Work Schedule: Maximum of 10 hours per week
