Position Summary:
A Unit Support Technician is responsible and accountable for the delivery of nursing supportive patient 
care under the supervision of a registered nurse. A Unit Support Technician is responsible and accountable 
for assisting the RN in the provision of patient care and tending to the unit needs as assigned by the RN. 

EDUCATION:
Minimum: High School graduate or equivalent 
EXPERIENCE:
Previous healthcare experience preferred. 
REQUIRED CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE/REGISTRATION: 
American Heart Association BLS
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: 
Demonstrated customer service skills; ability to communicate effectively and multitask; excellent 
listening skills; courteous and empathetic demeanor.
