Client Solution Architects (CSA) is seeking a temporary Information Technology (IT) Helpdesk Technician at the Commander Navy Installations Command (CNIC) Headquarters at the Washington Navy Yard, DC. This Helpdesk Technician will provide second-tier support to end users for either PC, server, or mainframe applications and hardware. They will interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems. They will simulate or recreate user problems to resolve operating difficulties. They will also recommend systems modifications to reduce user problems.
