Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am - 4:30 pm with ability to travel to locations in both Dutchess and Orange Counties
Salary: $73,000- $80,000
Position Summary:
The Sr. IT Support Administrator provides 1st call IT support to students, educators, therapists, and administrative staff at Abilities First’s school locations. They will help in planning and execution of IT projects related to these locations, identify IT related issues and relay information for long term planning. The Sr. IT Administrator will also provide secondary support for IT maintenance at other non-school locations as needed and will assist in training for technology-related topics in orientation and in programs where an identified need exists. The Sr. IT Administrator will support the IT team in maintaining network asset accountability and will support other areas of the agency in technology adoption for people we support.
