Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience with Apple products in an enterprise environment
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure, and Office 365
- Windows 10/11 troubleshooting skills
- Completed A+ certification (at any point in their technical career)
Preferred:
- Experience working in a law enforcement or public safety environment
- Shift flexibility, including evening shift availability
- Comfortable working around employees who carry firearms
- Current valid certifications (A+ and others)
Specific Skills:
- Apple device support in an enterprise setting
- Windows 10/11 support and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure
- Microsoft Office 365 support
- Certifications (preferably A+)
