Description

Responsible for end user support of computer workstations and associated peripherals. Diagnoses and troubleshoots all organizational software, hardware and mobile devices.


Principal Accountabilities:
 

  • Manages multiple complex priorities and projects. 
  • Provides configuration and or installations documenters to guide other technicians. 
  • Provides timely resolution to all assigned calls and or tasks and escalates calls to the appropriate technical groups. 
  • Acts as an ambassador of the department dealing with all customers in a professional manner.
  • Interacts with all ISS staff members to achieve successful implementation and maintenance of organizational hardware and software.
  • Provides timely status reports on Projects and or assignments. 
  • Visits offsite locations and provide service to our customers. 
  • Ensures Asset Management database is monitored, and discrepancies are remediated 
  • Works with vendors as necessary to achieve successful implementation and maintenance of hospital hardware and software. 
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications


Required:
Associates degree, technical degree in Information Technology or related field. 

  • 3-5 years of experience in Desktop Support, System Implementation or relevant area. 
  • Any of the following Certification preferred: - Certified Azure Fundamentals Microsoft 365 - Certified Fundamentals MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Support Technician 7 - MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Administrator 7 or - MCP, MCDST - MCSA: Administering Windows Server




    Preferred: Familiarity with networking systems and protocols.
