Job Title: IT Support Technician (Entry-Level)

Job Summary:
As an IT Support Technician, you will be the go-to expert for resolving technical issues, supporting end users, and ensuring the stability of our systems and devices. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our operations by providing outstanding support to team members across the organization.
Some Key Responsibilities:
- Configure new equipment and ensure proper setup for end users
- Troubleshoot network and software issues effectively
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members
- Maintain and monitor system performance to ensure stability
- Document and track support requests and resolutions
- Collaborate with other IT team members to improve processes and systems

Some Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or higher in an IT or similar field, or equivalent IT certifications (A+, Network+, etc.).
- 1-4 years of hands-on experience with Level 1/2 IT support or a related field
-Working knowledge of Windows OS, MS365, and basic networking.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Preferred: Experience with scripting, AD/Azure, mobile OS (Android/iOS), and cabling.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with various operating systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Travel of up to 10% may be required.

- Strong desire to learn new skills and technology.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize work projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide technical support over the telephone and online, as needed.
Physical Requirements:
- Sit or stand for the majority of a typical workday.
- Pull/push equipment used in the different Departments.
- Must be able to lift equipment up to 50 lbs and work at a desk or move between floors/offices.
- Ability to reach above shoulder level for installing, maintaining, or replacing devices.
- Ability to reach with hands and arms, bend over, or crawl under desks when necessary.
Work Environment:
- On-site position, office-based in St. Louis, MO, with occasional travel.
- On-call availability for critical IT issues may be required.
At the time of posting, the estimated range is $45,000 to $60,000. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to the level of relevant experience, skill sets, training, licensure and certifications, internal equity, market data, and other job-related factors permitted by law. The range is based on a full-time work schedule. Additional compensation may include an annual discretionary bonus.
