Key Responsibilities (Top 5-6)

  • Serves as the first point of contact for Mariani community members seeking technical assistance.
  • Performs on premises and remote troubleshooting of support tickets and requests.
  • Researches and communicates relevant support and technical information to end-users.
  • Maintains accurate ticket documentation to ensure timely resolution and service-level adherence.
  • Maintains IT hardware inventory logs and requests equipment purchases as needed.
  • Updates and maintains audio visual equipment in conference rooms and presentation spaces.

 

Position Requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • CompTIA A+ or equivalent certifications are preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 5+ years of experience with customer service and/or technical support
  • Technical knowledge of PC hardware, Windows OS, and Microsoft Office

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience is required
  • CompTIA A+ or equivalent certifications are desirable
  • 5+ years’ experience working in the Information Technology field, Tier 2 support experience is preferred
  • In-depth technical experience and knowledge of PC hardware, the Microsoft Windows platform, and the Microsoft Office 365 suite of products, are required
  • Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical and workflow problems
  • Knowledge of printer hardware, software, and troubleshooting printer driver issues
  • Experience supporting iOS and Android smartphones and tablets
  • Experience supporting Zoom Phone and Meeting in an Enterprise environment is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of networking services and protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network hardware
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with end-users at all levels of the organization
