IT Support Technician 1

As our IT Technician I, you’ll be the first line of support for our team’s everyday tech needs. Whether it’s getting someone set up on day one or jumping in when a printer has a meltdown, you’ll help keep our dealership running smoothly. This position will be part-time, with a consistent schedule of Saturday work and opportunity for occasional extra time as needed.

What you'll do:

• Helping teammates with basic tech issues (passwords, software installs, printer problems, etc.)
• Setting up new workstations, devices, and accounts for new hires
• Troubleshooting hardware (laptops, desktops, monitors, scanners) and keeping inventory organized
• Supporting our dealership systems, point-of-sale tools, and office equipment
• Assisting with Wi-Fi and basic networking tasks under the guidance of the Systems Admin
• Logging and tracking support requests
• Learning and growing your skills every day

What we're looking for:

• 0–1 years of experience in an IT or tech support role (internships count!)
• Familiar with Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic network troubleshooting
• Availability to work Saturdays
• Great at explaining tech in a friendly, non-jargony way
• Organized, curious, and willing to learn on the job
• Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and jumping in wherever needed
• Bonus if you’ve worked in retail, auto, or dealership environments
• The ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
• An awesome attitude!
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Actively working towards a bachelor’s degree
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Value in all interactions with customers and co-workers
