We're looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide technical support for high-end super yachts-ensuring seamless connectivity, performance, and reliability in some of the most unique and demanding environments.

What You'll Do
Provide remote and/or on-site technical support for onboard yacht systems
Troubleshoot networking, satellite communications, AV/IT systems, and user devices
Support crew and guests with responsive, high-quality service
Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets with urgency and precision
Assist with system setups, upgrades, and maintenance
What You Bring
Experience in IT helpdesk or technical support roles
Strong knowledge of networking, Windows environments, and Office 365
Ability to diagnose and resolve issues independently
Clear communication skills with a customer-first mindset
Adaptability in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
(Bonus if you have experience with maritime tech, satellite systems, or luxury service environments.)
