Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for analytics? Vermeer Midwest is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist / Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives on both troubleshooting technical issues and turning data into insights that drive business decisions.  This unique position splits your time between IT support (70%) and data analytics (30%). You’ll be the go-to expert for technical support across our systems while also working closely with data tools to help guide company strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and AV systems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software across the organization.
  • Generate business reports using Crystal Reports, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify trends and support decision-making.
  • Explore ways to enhance automation and reporting using AI technologies.

 

 

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of IT experience preferred. 
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with reporting tools like Crystal Reports and Power BI preferred.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
