IT Support Specialist
The IT Support Specialist is sharply focused on providing enterprise level technical support for South College remote and onsite users. The ideal candidate will work afternoons/evenings Monday-Friday. Broadly, this position provides front-line technical support for nearly all of the systems for which IT Services is responsible. Responsibilities include installation and/or configuration of computing hardware (computers, network switches, printers, etc.), software, A/V devices, network cabling, diagnostics, troubleshooting and end-user assistance.
