Description

The IT Support Specialist acts as a versatile point of contact for all IT-related topics, supporting our colleagues in system administrative tasks and establishing robust connections with external clients through API integrations.

This role requires a pragmatic problem-solver with a broad technical affinity who can seamlessly transition between operational tasks, employee support, and technical implementations.

Technical skills

  • Knowledge of APIs and the inner workings of the internet
  • Experience with Apple ecosystems is a plus
  • Affinity with software development and debugging
