EFC International is looking for a hands-on IT Support Specialist to provide first level technical support and keep our systems running smoothly across office and warehouse environments. If you enjoy solving problems, working directly with users, and taking ownership of issues from start to finish, this role is for you.
What You Will Do
Provide desktop and end user support in a Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environment
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Support Dell laptops and desktops including hardware diagnostics and component replacement
Provision devices using Microsoft Autopilot
Maintain accurate ticket documentation and IT inventory records
Support Zebra barcode printers and mobile RF devices in warehouse operations
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues quickly
What we’re looking for
A Plus Certification
2 to 3 years of desktop or help desk experience
Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
Hands on hardware troubleshooting experience
Basic networking knowledge including TCP IP
Strong communication and customer service skills
Additional Details
Fully onsite role
Travel may be required
Occasional schedule flexibility needed
