Title:  IT Support Specialist

Position Summary  
The IT Support Specialist will support and troubleshoot day-to-day technology issues.  These issues could include but are not limited to desktop applications, computer hardware, and cloud applications support.
 
Essential Job Functions 
  • Troubleshoot issues with desktop and laptop computers for local and remote users.
  • General networking knowledge including switches, routers, and wireless.
  • Setup and configure computer hardware, software, and phones.
  • Assist with administration of user accounts.
  • Track and update IT inventory.
  • Documentation of processes and procedures.
  • Assist with second level support when applicable.
  • Other projects as assigned.
  • All other duties as assigned.
 
Minimum requirements                        
Education:   Associates or Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent certifications.
Work Experience:  2-3+ years 
Industry Knowledge: Flavor industry experience not required, working knowledge of the organization/industry helpful.

 Hard skills:   
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 0365 and the Microsoft Windows is required.
  • General understanding of cloud technologies.
  • Understanding of Active Directory is a plus.
