We are growing our IT team and are looking for a contractor IT Support Specialist who is passionate about technology and enjoys helping people. This role will help support us in our 4 C’s: Clients, Carriers, Community, and Coworkers and is ideal for someone who is friendly, approachable, and can build positive relationships while delivering exceptional technical support.
This role is primarily in-office and combines Help Desk support with systems administration. Approximately 50% of the role focuses on providing technical support to employees, while the other 50% involves supporting our IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365 administration, network administration, device management, security, and IT projects.
