Configures and installs PC hardware and software; performs hardware and software upgrades, configures "standard" hardware and software settings and installs appropriate software.

Uses corporate work order system to document ticket workload and inventory.

Configures and supports all company-approved mobile device applications.

Installs and troubleshoot printers.

Maintains and creates documentation on systems and troubleshooting.

Configures, and troubleshoots company cellular devices (iPhones, iPads)

MINIMUM EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

Two years professional computer experience preferred.

Two-year Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience (one-year professional experience to be substituted for each year of study).

A+/Desktop+, MCP certification(s); Experience supporting Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook in an Exchange environment; Experience supporting mobile device; Experience dealing with vendor support to deal with software, firmware, and hardware issues. preferred.

Use of personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement provided is required. Must be a safe, licensed, insured driver in the state of Pennsylvania and current evidence of same must be on file at all times.

Provides technical support and customer service via email, phone, and on-site, this includes all outlying hospital owned clinics and practices.

Rotates on a regular basis Daily Operations, Backups, and User Accounts.

Works with other members of the IT organization to ensure timely resolution of employee issues.

Troubleshoot and resolves software and hardware problems on behalf of employees.

Provides basic LAN and Windows/Apple problem solving for local and remote users.

Performs moves/adds/changes to equipment (computer hardware, cables).

Must be able to be on call on a regularly scheduled basis.

Performs other duties as assigned.
