Yeamans Hall Club is seeking a reliable and service-oriented IT Support Specialist to support the club’s technology operations. This role is responsible for maintaining IT systems, providing technical assistance to staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functionality of hardware, software, and network infrastructure across administrative offices and member service areas.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with excellent customer service skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues in a hospitality-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to staff across departments (administration, dining, events, and operations).

Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, POS systems, and mobile devices.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues in a timely manner.

Support and maintain club management systems, POS platforms, and reservation software.

Monitor system performance and ensure network security and data integrity.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

Coordinate with third-party vendors for system upgrades, maintenance, and support.

Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and asset tracking.

Assist with audio/visual setup for meetings, events, and member functions.

Perform routine system backups and assist with disaster recovery procedures.
Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).

2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles.

Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.

Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches).

Experience supporting POS systems or hospitality software is a plus.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
