IT Support Specialist

Join City Wide as an IT Support Specialist and be the go-to expert for our dynamic, multi-location team. In this frontline role, you’ll ensure seamless operations by troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues, rolling out new tech, and providing responsive support that keeps our business moving forward.

What You’ll Do

• Install, configure, and maintain company hardware, software, and networks.

• Provide expert desktop support and manage user access across our systems.

• Deploy and test new devices, install peripherals, and support CRM tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Deliver professional, prompt assistance to staff at all levels.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: High School Diploma required; IT Associate’s degree or related coursework preferred.

• Experience: 3+ years in IT support or help desk roles.

• Skills: Strong with Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals; familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus.
