IT Support Specialist

On-site in Danvers office, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

Are you passionate about using your IT skills to support meaningful, mission-driven work? Join the Care Dimensions team as an Applications and Systems Support Specialist and help ensure our technology systems run smoothly so our dedicated staff can focus on compassionate care.

In this role, you'll provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for a range of software and hardware systems, assist technical training, and help implement improvements that directly enhance patient care and organizational efficiency.

You’ll collaborate with the experienced IT team and other departments across the organization to deliver innovative solutions that make a difference. Whether resolving help desk tickets or supporting vital system upgrades, your work will contribute to the success of a healthcare organization with heart.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of related IT experience; healthcare/clinical systems experience a plus
  • Skilled in computer hardware, software, and the technical aspects of information systems including data processing methods, practices and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of client/server systems, networking, and other technologies including, but not limited to: Active Directory (AD) User Account Management,  AD Group Policy, Mobile Device Management (AirWatch or Intune), remote access methods including VPN and multifactor authentication, remote support tools (TeamViewer, RDP), Microsoft 365, Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Autopilot, Endpoint security patching/endpoint security technologies, Apple iOS and iPadOS, Wireless Networks.
  • Experience with implementing, testing, and troubleshooting system software.
  • Knowledge of documentation guides and instructional workflows.
  • Independent judgment, skill, and experience in determining computer problems and coordinating hardware/software solutions - a must.
  • Keen analytical capabilities and problem-solving abilities required.
  • Familiarity with providing training and technical systems support to non-technical employees.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA security or other regulatory agency standards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, specifically in regard to process documentation
  • Requires ability to participate in team on-call rotation schedule for off-hours user support

The Pay Range listed is the anticipated hiring range of this position.  Precise pay rates are determined through consideration of one or more of the following:  education, training, relevant experience and work location.  There are some cases in which the pay rate could exceed the range listed on this job post.  Care Dimensions also offers a comprehensive benefits package – including employer-sponsored health insurance, paid time-off, tuition reimbursement, student loan paydown, supplemental insurance options and more – which adds to the company’s generous total rewards package.    

Pay Range
$28$32 USD
