Key Responsibilities

  1. IT Helpdesk & Technical Support
  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT issues (hardware, software, network)
  • Assist with workstation and mobile device setup, configuration, and support
  • Track IT assets and support MDM enrollment/configuration
  • Respond to helpdesk tickets and document resolutions
  1. Project & System Support (SAP S/4HANA & e-Approval System)
  • Assist IT Manager with PMO activities for SAP S/4HANA Go-Live project
  • Support documentation, status reports, and coordination with stakeholders
  • Help with rollout of e-Approval system, including end-user training and troubleshooting
  1. IT Administrative Support
  • Assist with IT procurement, invoices, license management, and internal documentation
  • Support short-term IT projects and vendor coordination as needed

Qualifications

Required:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or related field
  • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Strong communication skills in English; Korean a plus
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks

Preferred:

  • Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems (coursework or internship experience acceptable)
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN)
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (Freshdesk, ServiceNow, Jira)
  • Experience with Android MDM platforms (Samsung Knox, Intune)

Work Environment & Notes

  • Duration: 4 months (project-based)
  • Work Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5 PM
  • Location: On-site at HIOSSEN headquarters, Ridgefield Park, NJ
  • Occasional after-hours support may be required during system go-live or critical incidents
  • Direct mentorship from the IT Manager and exposure to enterprise-level SAP and IT operations

Compensation

  • Hourly Rate: $22–$25 per hour
  • Benefits: This position does not include additional benefits
