IT Support Intern
Sunstar Engineering AmericasAs an IT Support Intern at Sunstar Engineering Americas, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a supportive, learning-focused environment. You will work with the mentors of Sunstar’s experienced IT Department and be encouraged to contribute ideas, ask questions, and improve your technical and professional skills. Whether you are helping with day-to-day activities, working on a departmental project, or performing a software/ hardware/ security solution investigation; your work will make a meaningful impact while benefiting your growth and development as an IT professional.
We’re looking for students who are:

Daily Work:
· Support day-to-day corporate IT department activities
· Assist employees with IT-related needs
· Participate, develop, and execute projects
· Collaborate with team members and share ideas/ expertise
· Communicate technical information with IT and non-IT staff
Skills and Abilities:
· Actively enrolled in a college or university program with at least 35 credit hours completed by the start of the internship
· In good academic standing (preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher)
· Completed basic IT/IS courses
· Willingness to learn
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
· Strong attention to detail and documentation
Preferred:
· Strong technical mindset and interest in IT/IS
· Problem-solving mindset and curiosity
