About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our growing team and work alongside a global group of skilled professionals who are passionate about technology and driven by fresh ideas and innovative solutions.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to IT partner for Bluevine employees—diagnosing hardware and software issues, resolving technical problems, and ensuring a smooth user experience. You will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders while contributing to major IT projects that enhance our infrastructure and support broader business initiatives.
The ideal candidate has deep expertise in business IT systems, sharp problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with clarity and calm.
