Key Responsibilities
- Be the first line of defense for hardware, software, and network issues—via remote tools or on‑site at our Vegas office
- Oversee and maintain computers, peripherals, and technical equipment; test and verify all returned gear before redeployment.
- Provision and image laptops for new hires using scripts or RMM automations; maintain clear asset documentation.
- Implement and champion basic cybersecurity best practices (MFA, disk encryption, patch management, phishing prevention).
- Troubleshoot SaaS apps (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, etc.) and identity integrations (SSO, SCIM).
- Write and maintain concise documentation and runbooks so the team never repeats the same question twice.
- Identify recurring pain points—then script, automate, or document them out of existence.

Requirements- 2–4 years in IT support, systems administration, or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of Windows & macOS, computer hardware, and core networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Familiarity with at least one Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) platform (Intune, JAMF, NinjaOne, Datto, etc.).
- Working grasp of basic cybersecurity principles (least privilege, secure configurations, CIS controls).
- Ability to create or modify simple Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripts to automate repetitive tasks.
- Strong communication skills—you translate tech jargon into plain English for non‑technical teammates.
Nice‑to‑Have (Not Required)
- Experience building data pipelines with Python & SQL (Fivetran, BigQuery, GCP).
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, Google IT Support, Azure Administrator.
