Vista IT Group is seeking an Information Technology professional with 5 or more years of IT experience to join our team as a Tier 2 Support Desk Engineer. The Support Desk Engineer fields customer calls, emails, and escalations from Tier 1 support engineers. This position is also responsible for project work around configuring server, storage, and networking systems for Vista's customers.
A successful candidate will have experience in some, or all technologies outlined below. Candidates will be evaluated on the diversity and mastery of the technologies.
