Let’s Talk about Responsibilities:

As an Associate Analyst, IT Support Intern, you will deliver extraordinary customer experience and IT support to all Resmedians making their lives easier by supporting them, quickly and effectively. We are small, mighty, and global, which allows you to learn new things and build your skills while working with an awesome team!

You’ll have the chance to assist with our active directory, phone and ticket support system (globally), autopilot imaging of machines, support audio/visual and conference rooms, support hardware and network systems, phone and video conference equipment, collaborate with the global IT team and perform other projects and duties assigned.

This is preferred to be an onsite role located at our ResMed headquarters in San Diego, CA.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

  • Ability to work full-time for 12 weeks during Summer 2025 during “A cohort”; program dates are May 18th – August 7th, 2026.
  • Academic studies that will lead to a bachelor’s or master’s degree in either computer science, IT, Cybersecurity or related fields.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the support of Microsoft desktop operating systems and applications suites in a Windows 10/11 and Mac environment.

Pay Range:

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Individual pay decisions will be made by our staffing provider partner and are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

Pay Range for this position: $23.25 - $42.75/hour, depending on experience & job classification
