Primary Responsibilities

Identity & Access Management

  • Execute user onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Provision and deprovision user accounts across systems.
  • Assign role-based access in accordance with approved access matrices.
  • Perform password resets and account unlocks.
  • Maintain accurate access documentation.
  • Ensure timely removal of access upon employee termination.
  • Support periodic access reviews and audit evidence collection.

ServiceNow Administration Support

  • Serve as backup ServiceNow queue administrator.
  • Maintain workflow integrity within assigned queues.
  • Ensure ticket routing aligns with documented governance rules.
  • Support documentation and form configuration updates as directed.

Procurement & Administrative Support

  • Serve as backup ordering administrator.
  • Process approved hardware and software orders.
  • Maintain asset tracking updates within ServiceNow.
  • Ensure procurement documentation aligns with policy.

Compliance & Audit Support

  • Maintain documentation supporting FTC Safeguards Rule compliance.
  • Assist in gathering audit evidence for internal and external reviews.
  • Follow documented policies and procedures precisely.
  • Escalate policy deviations or access concerns immediately.

Accountability

  • Accurate and timely identity provisioning.
  • Compliance with documented access policies.
  • Maintaining auditable records.
  • Protecting least-privilege access principles.
  • Supporting governance workflow integrity.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of IT support or identity management experience.
  • Experience with Active Directory / Entra ID / Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Familiarity with role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred).
  • Strong documentation and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of basic cybersecurity principles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of FTC Safeguards Rule or similar frameworks.
  • Experience with workflow-based ITSM platforms.
  • CompTIA Security+ (or pursuing).
