About this Role
We are in search of a collaborative and customer-focused IT Support member to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for technical issues and working with teams across the Firm to ensure the smooth operation, security, and reliability of the Firm’s technology. If you love problem-solving and communicating with a wide variety of people you will thrive in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide frontline support for all Firm technology, equipment, and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and tech tickets promptly and effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service and support through phone, email, and in-person, adapting your approach based on the user’s technical knowledge.
- Install, implement, and become familiar with any new software applications acquired by the Firm.
- Support cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
- Install and maintain user workstations and software.
- Maintain the Firm’s telephone and voicemail systems and computer peripherals (i.e. printers, scanners, etc.).
- Assist other IT team members as needed.
What You Bring

Experience: Graduate of an Information Technology program or related field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Prior experience in IT support preferred.

Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, time management, adaptability, and communication and customer service skills.

Mindset: Detail oriented, able to anticipate needs and take initiative, and are a team player with a positive attitude excited to contribute to a collaborative culture.

Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining IT hardware and software, including Microsoft Office.
