Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
  • Proficiency in Windows OS, Mac, iOS, and Android troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (M365) applications, including knowledge of SharePoint and Teams to provide end user support.
  • Familiarity with Cloud technologies such as Azure and cloud-based solutions.
  • Understanding of Citrix-based Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and remote access support.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, user/group management, and basic security principles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Skillset to successfully multitask and prioritize service issues.
  • Knowledge of a helpdesk ticketing system and the ability to navigate and contribute to the knowledge base within it.
  • Capable of collaborating with a team, accepting guidance from others, and demonstrating a willingness to acquire new skills.  
  • Ability to work on-site in Boise, ID and collaborate effectively with the IT team.

Your responsibilities as an IT team member at Cushing Terrell will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, printer, and mobile device problems.
  • Troubleshoot and assist with a wide variety of software platforms in an A&E firm
  • Assist with system installations, configurations, and updates.
  • Assist Boise office staff with conference room setup and AV support
  • Prepare new laptop with standard network and software configurations
  • Maintain and track IT assets, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with IT staff to improve processes and user experience.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal teams.

*The majority of the time, a person in this role will be sitting in an office with limited physical requirements. This may require individuals to bend, stretch, twist, and reach.

Your pay

The salary for this position is based on the location/s posted. If you are a candidate living outside of (this region/these regions), we still encourage you to apply as salary ranges may differ across states/cities/job markets.

  • Expected Range*: $43,000 to $51,000 annually
  • The position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus

*The actual salary offered for the role will be determined based on various factors including but not limited to; years of experience, certifications, location, level of job-related knowledge, and other job-related factors (as permitted by law).
