ABOUT THE ROLE

Bright Machines is transforming manufacturing through intelligent automation and software-defined production. As an IT Help-Desk Technician, you’ll be a key partner in keeping our teams connected, secure, and productive across our San Francisco (SF) headquarters and Mexico (MX) operations.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role supporting both corporate and operational environments. You’ll be the go-to resource for day-to-day technical support while helping scale our IT systems in a fast-growing, distributed organization.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

    • Provide Tier 1–2 support for Windows 11, macOS, and Linux environments
    • Manage users and access in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
    • Support and manage devices using Intune (Windows) and Kandji (Mac)
    • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack, and Atlassian tools
    • Support Wi-Fi, printers, VPN, and general connectivity issues
    • Assist with mobile device setup (iOS & Android)
    • Image, deploy, and configure laptops and peripherals
    • Ship and receive laptops and IT equipment; manage asset inventory
    • Set up desks and equipment for new hires
    • Conduct IT onboarding and user orientation sessions
    • Collaborate with IT and business teams in SF and MX to support remote employees
    • Support basic operational devices such as time clocks and badge/check-in systems

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

    • 2–3 years of helpdesk or desktop support experience
    • Strong troubleshooting skills across PC and Mac environments
    • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
    • Familiarity with MDM platforms (Intune and/or Kandji preferred)
    • Experience with asset management and hardware logistics
    • Ability to support basic operational devices in a manufacturing or office setting
    • Excellent communication skills and comfort supporting distributed teams
