Your Impact

As a Helpdesk Support Level IV, you'll be the senior technical support resource at our growing Alliance, TX office. You'll provide expert-level assistance to employees, resolve complex hardware and software issues, and serve as a critical point of contact for IT needs onsite. You'll support cross-functional collaboration, and play a vital role in keeping our systems and people running smoothly.

Your Responsibilities

  • Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex computer, software, device, system, and network issues.

  • Conduct remote and onsite diagnostics using advanced IT tools.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level IT resources as needed.

  • Track and document all support interactions in the helpdesk system.

  • Provide timely updates and resolution status to end users.

  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to IT knowledge-sharing and process improvement efforts.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 6+ years of helpdesk or technical support experience in a business environment.

  • Expert knowledge of computer systems, IT infrastructure, and end-user support.

  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal.

  • Commitment to customer service and a collaborative team mindset.

  • Ability to work independently at a satellite office with minimal supervision.
