Overview<\/b>

We are seeking a skilled and customer -oriented IT Helpdesk Technician.ย As our IT Helpdesk Technician, youโ€™ll be the first point of contact for technical support across the facility. Youโ€™ll help troubleshoot issues, maintain systems, and ensure our staff can deliver care without tech interruptions.

Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>

  • Support residents and customers with the highest level of customer service
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Provide Tier 1 support for hardware, software, and network issues.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding of employees (account setup, device provisioning).
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Maintain and update IT documentation and asset inventory.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Support staff with EMR systems, communication tools, and mobile devices.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Coordinate with third -party vendors for escalated issues.<\/span>

    Qualifications:<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • 1+ years of IT support experience (preferably in healthcare or senior living).
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast -paced environment.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Empathy and patience when working with non -technical users.
