Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to support a program onsite in Washington, DC.

CSA Global is seeking an Information Technology (IT) Helpdesk Technician at the Commander Navy Installations Command (CNIC) Headquarters at the Washington Navy Yard, DC. Provides second-tier support to end users for either PC, server, or mainframe applications and hardware. May interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems. Simulates or recreates user problems to resolve operating difficulties. Recommend systems modifications to reduce user problems.
