Responsibilities:

  1. Provides 1st Level hardware/software remote support for physician practices to analyze customer concerns and correct or escalate issues accordingly while striving for 100% customer satisfaction.
  2. Configures and tests IT and related devices used within the organization.
  3. Works closely with Analyst, Desktop and Network support staff to ensure end-user problems are resolved in a timely manner.  
  4. Provides technical support during normal business hours.    
  5. Other duties as assigned.



Qualifications:

  • One to two years of experience in an operator capacity in a multi-platform computing environment preferred.
  • One to two years of end user computer hardware and software support preferred.

    High School/Ged
