Work Schedule: Hybrid with 3-days onsite required

Projected Start Date: Within two weeks of offer acceptance

Travel: Up to 10%

Mission:

Reporting directly to the IT Compliance Manager, the IT Compliance Analyst is responsible for various regulatory or compliance requirements throughout the global IT organization. The IT Compliance Analyst guides the organization through periodic audit activities and works cross-functionally with departments to gather information required to maintain specific compliance standards in the completion of audit requests.

 

A successful candidate in this role must have excellent skills in the following:

  • Strong technical knowledge of IT systems and processes
  • Experience reviewing system configurations and coordinating remediation plans
  • Demonstrative ability to create effective documentation and reporting that drive results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to grow though self-study

 

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the overall IT compliance program.
  • Ensure compliance assessments are completed timely.
  • Maintain documentation to support compliance with SOX.
  • Track compliance issues and ensure resolutions are met.
  • Review system configuration for compliance.
  • Review IT policy and process for completeness, security, and compliance.
  • Work closely with process owners to assist in remediation plans.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Must Haves:

  • College degree and/or equivalent experience, along with appropriate technical training
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in an IT compliance-related role with experience in IT project management.
  • Ability to coordinate internal and external audits by utilizing project management techniques and strong writing and verbal communication skills to communicate technical issues in business terms.
  • Experience auditing IT infrastructure, processes, and applications for SOX IT and ITGCs compliance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate and express technical issues in business terms

     

Bonus Points:

  • CIA,CISA, or CISSP certification.
  • Experience with GRC tools (Auditboard, wDesk, Archer, etc.).
  • Related work or Military experience will be considered.
