As part of the Help Desk team, you will assist with supporting over 300 users (mostly field-based) to provide responsive technical assistance, clear communication, and hands-on guidance in a cloud-forward environment.

We are seeking a customer service oriented, motivated, and detail driven technician with 2–4 years of related IT experience in a corporate environment and a passion for learning modern workplace tools. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to quickly learn new technologies, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, service-focused setting.

What You'll Do

Microsoft 365 Support & Administration

  • Create, manage, and update user accounts, access, and permissions within the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Support end users with Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, SharePoint, Office applications, and collaboration workflows.
  • Assist with user adoption of new productivity features and provide guidance on best practices for secure, efficient use of cloud tools.
  • Troubleshoot syncing issues, sign‑in problems, and permission-related obstacles across M365 services.

Device & MDM Support

  • Provide end‑user support for Windows 11 Enterprise devices, including troubleshooting software or hardware issues.
  • Perform imaging, configuration, deployment, and updating laptops and tablets within Intune.
  • Support iPad/iOS devices through JAMF mobile device management.

User Onboarding & Training

  • Onboard new employees, ensuring successful access to systems, devices, and M365 services.
  • Deliver user-friendly training and guidance on core company applications and productivity tools.

General IT Support

  • Support corporate Copilot enablement efforts under direction of the manager.
  • Provide basic printer, network connectivity (wired/Wi-Fi), and peripheral troubleshooting.
  • Use remote administration tools, such as TeamViewer, to support offsite users.
  • Maintain accurate IT asset records within Freshworks (devices, accessories, license allocations).
  • Co-administer the Freshservice Help Desk platform, including ticket handling and documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring

  • 2-4 years of hands-on IT support experience, ideally including exposure to Microsoft 365, Teams, and Windows 11 Enterprise, in a large corporate environment required.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Occasional travel (<25%) to support field sites.
  • Demonstrated passion for learning modern workplace technologies and growing technical skillsets.
  • Strong customer service mindset with a focus on helping employees succeed.
  • Foundational experience supporting Windows 11, Microsoft 365 services, and basic M365 administration tasks.
  • Ability to learn and support company specific technologies and business workflows.
  • Comfortable using and supporting Microsoft Copilot related features in a business setting.
  • Excellent organization, documentation, and multitasking abilities.
  • Clear communication with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible, reliable, and able to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
