Holiday Oil is looking for an in-office Help Desk Technician I to join our IT team! This entry-level role provides frontline technical support to our c-store locations and internal teams. You'll help troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and account-related issues while delivering outstanding customer service.
What you'll do:
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to end users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Set up user accounts, permissions, and devices
- Support store operations technology and daily system needs
- Document tickets and escalate issues when needed
- Assist with employee onboarding and technology setup
What you bring:
- 1-2 years of IT support or help desk experience
- Basic knowledge of computers, networks, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Utah driver's license and ability to travel to local store locations
