๐Ÿ”ง Position Overview:

We are looking for a tech-savvy and customer-focused Help Desk Technician to join our IT team. In this role, you will be the first line of support for internal users across the company, assisting with hardware, software, network, and mobile device issues. The ideal candidate is resourceful, responsive, and has a passion for solving problems quickly and efficiently.

๐Ÿ’ผ Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to help desk tickets, phone calls, and emails in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and mobile devices
  • Set up and maintain computers, printers, tablets, phones, and other technology for employees
  • Install, configure, and update software and operating systems
  • Assist with user account management, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Support network access, Wi-Fi connectivity, and basic infrastructure troubleshooting
  • Maintain IT documentation and inventory
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors as needed

๐ŸŽฏ Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Strong understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common business software
  • Familiarity with mobile device support (iOS/Android) and remote access tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
  • Experience with ticketing systems and help desk best practices
  • A+ or other IT certifications are a plus
