DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Assist in the monthly and quarterly preparation, review, and analysis of financial results, including actuals vs. budget and forecast variances.
- Support the development and consolidation of annual operating plans (AOP) and quarterly forecasts taking a lead role in headcount planning for both GETS (Global Enterprise Technology Solutions) and Cybersecurity.
- Help create, maintain, and improve financial models and reporting tools to support strategic planning and scenario analysis.
- Provide support for timely and accurate billing and cross-charging across brands and international markets for GETS (Global Enterprise Technology Solutions) and Cyber services.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, proper cost allocations, and support audit requirements.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Assist with oversight of P&L and general ledger postings for accuracy and completeness.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with financial modeling and data visualization.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills with an ability to engage cross-functional partners.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in QSR, retail, or technology-driven businesses.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles (US GAAP), intercompany billing, and cost allocation.
- Familiarity with ERP and financial reporting systems such as JDE, HFM, Reports Now.
- Exposure to IT or digital transformation initiatives including AI, cybersecurity, or data governance.
Salary Range: $87,100 to $133,200 annually + bonus eligibility.Β This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidateβs location, experience, and other job-related factors.
