The IHC Corporate Office is now recruiting for an eCW IT Support Specialist (ITSS). This position reports to the Indianapolis Corporate Office, Monday - Friday. The eCW IT Support Specialist contributes to IHC’s mission and goals by providing support and system administration for various IT systems including but not limited to: eClinicalWorks (eCW), Dialpad, PrinterLogic, Healow, and Luma Health. The ITSS supports all levels of the organization.

eCW ITSS role responsibilities include:
eClinicalWorks: High Priority
- Educates managers and providers in the appropriate application of practice management and electronic medical records.
- Troubleshoots end user issues within the application.
- Notifies eClinicalWorks of potential bugs in the system.
- Tests and deploys of new products and modules within eCW.
Data Administration and Reporting:
- Generate daily, monthly and annual reports.
- Write Ad Hoc queries to provide data as requested by business leaders.
- Create dashboards and visualizations for easy data consumption.
Project Management:
- Coordinates project execution with stakeholders and external vendors.
- Organizes and defines timelines for projects.
- Reports progress and issues to the CIO.
eCW ITSS required skills:
Logic and analysis

Physical demands and work environment
- Work is considered non-strenuous and is primarily sedentary with some walking, standing, and carrying of light objects.
- Must be able to operate general office equipment, including computers, telephone, etc.
- The work environment is low risk with adequate lighting, ventilation, and heat where normal precautions must be observed.
- Some travel may be required to visit clinic sites.
Technology
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite primarily Outlook, Excel, and Access.
- Proficient with data analytics tools such as Cognos and Power BI.
- A bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field is preferred or a minimum of 3 years of experience with electronic medical records (EMR) system admin/support.
- Significant familiarity with database reporting concepts and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with eClinicalWorks is highly desired.
