As of January 1, 2026, Conexus, Cornerstone, and Synergy credit unions have merged into one provincial credit union serving over 200,000 members in 57 branches across 50 Saskatchewan communities.

The bigger picture

We’re looking for an innovative, proactive team player to come on board as our permanent full-time Deposit Support Representative in Regina. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring our Financial Service Representatives have all the resources, tools, and research support they need to champion our members’ financial success.

How you’ll be spending your time

  • Delivering deposit cash management services and functions directly to Conexus staff and indirectly to members, including: counting, verifying, reconciling and updating the Conexus banking system with member ATM transactions
  • Verifying and fulfilling member and branch cash orders
  • Working collaboratively in a team environment
  • Supporting business banking, retail operations, internal departments, and 3rd party vendors
  • Identify and minimizing risks associated with the day-to-day operations, including flagging suspicious remote cheque deposits
  • Assisting other employees and help foster growth in fellow team members

Salary range

$41,770 - $49,140 with 6% Short Term Incentive Target
