About the Program

NAIS, an SBA-certified 8(a) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), is proud to lead Team NAIS in pursuing the Defense Health Agency’s Directory Services Branch (DDSB) IT Support Program. This program will deliver enterprise-level IT, cybersecurity, and identity management services that directly support our nation’s military healthcare system.

Where You’ll Work

• Primary Location: San Antonio, TX (on-site/hybrid/remote)
• Additional Opportunities: Select roles may support remote CONUS work or OCONUS positions in Japan and Korea, subject to SOFA requirements.

Types of Roles on the DDSB Program

We are actively building a diverse team across IT, cybersecurity, and enterprise services. Key positions include:

• Program Leadership – Program Manager, Deputy PM, and Leads for Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, and Knowledge Management.
• Systems Administration – Tier 2 and Tier 3 System Administrators, including enterprise messaging and packaging specialists.
• Cybersecurity & IA – Cybersecurity Administrators, IAM/IAT-certified professionals.
• Enterprise Engineering – IT Architects, Identity Engineers, Endpoint Engineers.
• Knowledge Management – Technical writers and documentation specialists.
• Configuration & Change Management – Junior and senior analysts.

What We Look For

• Clearance: All roles require a minimum of Secret clearance. OCONUS positions additionally require SOFA processing.
• Certifications: Baseline DoD 8140.03 (formerly 8570) certifications such as Security+ CE, CISSP, IAM-II, IAT-II/III, IASAE-II.
• Experience: Demonstrated skills in system administration, cybersecurity, engineering, enterprise operations, or program management.
