Summary/Objective
Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking energetic candidates to join our established and growing Huntsville-headquartered team.
Essential Functions
- Applies knowledge of cybersecurity policy, procedures, and workforce structure to develop, implement, and maintain a cyberâsecure enclave environment.
- Relies on extensive experience and sound judgment to plan, execute, and accomplish enclaveâlevel security objectives.
- Leads cybersecurity management and operations for assigned enclaves, systems, and sites.
- Analyzes customer requirements to develop product schedules, set milestones, manage onâtime delivery, and provide guidance on improving cyber policies, processes, and procedures.
- Manages POA&M items and maintains security documentation, authorization status, and continuous monitoring in eMASS.
- Demonstrates working knowledge of RMF, Computer Network Defense, and Vulnerability Management.
- Uses cybersecurity tools (ACAS, ESS, Tanium, SIEM, eMASS) to produce accurate reports and deliverables.
- Conducts comprehensive quality control reviews to maintain high standards across the project lifecycle.
- Develops and delivers executiveâlevel briefings for senior leadership.
- Trains and mentors IAM and IAT personnel with equal or lower certification levels, reporting to IAM III or government leadership on enclave operational requirements.
Required Education and Experience
- Education: Bachelors in STEM / Program Management / Cyber-related field or equivalent from an accredited institution with at least 5 Years of cyber management experience
- Acceptable alternative: Bachelor's degree in other than STEM / Cyber-related field with 7 years DoD cyber experience and knowledge demonstrated in cyber and missile defense related or other complex, large DoD Programs/Projects.
- Acceptable alternative: Associates degree in STEM / Cyber-related field w/ 10 years DoD cyber experience and knowledge demonstrated in cyber and missile defense related or other complex, large DoD Programs/Projects.
- IAM II Certification prior to accepting position - no exceptions.
- eMASS Certification prior to accepting position - no exceptions.
