RCS is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst capable of performing cyber analytics independently at the Tier 3 level.

This position requires the candidate to work onsite in Chantilly, VA.  Relocation assistance is not available.

What you will do:

• Comfortable and willing to review logs at both the raw and processed log levels.
• The location is in Chantilly with no set core hours but schedule must be reasonable.

Required Qualifications/Education:

• Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph

• Technically relevant degree and 3+ years of experience
• Experience with data aggregation and analysis tools (e.g., Splunk, Kibana).
• Experience with scripting languages, ideally Python.
• Basic knowledge of AI capabilities and applications for data analytics.
• Experience in engineering Linux or Windows systems.
• System administration duties may be performed, such as compiling, installing, and building AI solutions, as well as developing automation for security across multiple platforms.
• Must be comfortable in a non-SOP environment and willing to leverage critical thinking skills.
