Client Engagement Engineer – Onsite IT Partner

Our client, a growing IT Consultancy, is seeking a customer focused professional to serve as the trusted, on-site face of their team. Have you built a strong foundation in end-user, desktop, or network support and are ready to pivot your career toward consultancy opportunities? 

As a Client Success Manager, you’ll be embedded at a client site, building relationships, solving problems, and identifying ways technology can drive their business forward. You’ll combine your technical skills with people skills to resolve issues quickly and earn trust as a valued advisor.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the key liaison between to client leadership/staff, building trust and credibility.

• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day IT issues while providing exceptional customer service.

• Support onboarding, training, and executive-level needs.

• Partner with the broader team to deliver IT projects that solve real business challenges.

• Apply and expand your knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Power Platform, Teams, Copilot) to streamline workflows and improve processes.

• Spot opportunities where technology can add value and help grow the business.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience (desktop, network, or end-user)

• 5+ years customer support exposure (MSP or multi-site field experience preferred). 

• A proactive, consultative mindset with interest in process improvement and automation.

• Degree with certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft or AZ-900, ITIL) preferred.
