ย Dolphin Debit, a full-service ATM management company and wholly owned subsidiary of Euronet Worldwide (EEFT), has an exciting role for an ATM Service Support Specialist to add to our Monitoring and Dispatch Team. This team member will be a liaison between our company and its clients, service providers, as well as assisting our internal customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively monitoring the US Fleet, solving customer issues, handling complaints, and inquiries, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.ย ย 

Responsibilitiesย ย 

โ€ข Corresponding with clients, customers, both internal and external, service providers, over the phone, email, online chat, to provide solutions that fit individualized situations and prioritize the customers' needs at each step of the process.ย 

โ€ข Monitoring activity, identifying issues with our ATM fleet via various applications.ย 

โ€ข Analyze service activity, complaints or concerns to determine root cause and take best course of action to provide timely resolution.ย 

โ€ข Escalates calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate.ย 

โ€ข Tracks call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.ย 

โ€ข Maintains and updates customer information as necessaryย ย 

โ€ข Generate service reports as requestedย 

โ€ข Calmly attempts to resolve and de-escalate any issuesย ย 

ย 

ย Schedule:ย ย 

โ€ข 8 hour shifts Weekdaysย 

โ€ข 5โ€“8 hour shifts Weekendsย ย 

โ€ข Some evening and weekend work requiredย 

ย ย ย 

Monitoring and Dispatch Department Hours of operation:ย ย ย 

โ€ข Monday to Friday 6am โ€“7pm,ย ย 

โ€ข Saturday and Sunday 8am โ€“5pmย 



Requirements

โ€ขย  High School Diploma or GED required; some college or actively in college preferredย 

โ€ขย  Excellent customer service skills and attitudeย 

โ€ขย  Phone-related customer service a major plusย ย 

โ€ขย  Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, and a good working knowledge of Excel.ย 

โ€ขย  Attention to detail and quality focusedย 

โ€ขย  Previous experience, especially in the ATM, Electronic Payments or FI industry preferredย 

โ€ขย  Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.ย
